Hi Mike,

No, there is no account rep outside of maybe the Enterprise subscription level. You can ask here or you can open a support ticket with Atlassian to try that route.

Another alternative is to engage with an Atlassian Solution Partner. You can find one in your geographic region and with the specializations that meet your needs through the Atlassian Partner Directory.
