I accidentally deleted a project in my Jira Service desk account and I do not have a backup. is there any way we can restore it? Your help is appreciate it.
I am afraid there is no "undelete project". The issues and the project are gone. If you had no backup, I'm sorry, but there's nothing you can do.
Atlassian take backups intended to get Cloud systems back in case of a data-centre wide failure, which will contain your project, but officially, these are not useful for restoring single Cloud instances (let alone the projects within them). But, it can't hurt to ask - if you raise a support request over at https://support.atlassian.com/contact they might be able to dig up a backup of just your site and you could then restore it to a new Cloud (or server) system, extract the project you need and get some of it back into your main Cloud instance.
Caveat - I don't know if they do this as part of support. I've seen it done once, with a large client who was in a very unusual place and we accepted that all the extract/merge process was to be done by us and the client, not Atlassian, and it wasn't going to get everything back.
If it is Cloud, I think Atlassian announced something like a trash bin for projects, but I don't know if this is available already...
