I had an Atlassian account for service desk (cloud) with the older company email address, which I now can't access. (My current account uses a new company email address in a new domain)
The first email address was from our company prior to a merger and has since been deactivated.
I needed to create a 2nd account (my current account) with the new email address, and couldn't update my old Service desk account with the new email address. I therefore maintain my old email address for that log in. (this email account/domain is no longer available)
I was an admin to this original service desk account and now need to access this to start the process of deactivating/migrating the customer accounts that are in there.

I suggest you open a support ticket with Atlassian and see if they can combine the accounts for you. For purposes here in the Atlassian Community or with Certifications, I use my personal email.
