I'm trying to create an access level in the service queues, where certain users can only see priority group A and others priority group B, and whoever is an ADM can see everything, I couldn't find a solution for this service, is there any way to do this process?

@Fabricio Rodrigues de Farias Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Just to clarify, you want to do this at the queue level, which means that you want licensed agents to be able to see certain requests only.  Is that correct?  If so, then you'll want to look into doing Issue Level Security and applying some logic for each request (similar to the logic you have to separate your queues today).

So basically, you can't lock the queues themselves, but you can lock the issues that go into the queue and your users, based on their groups, will only be able to see the requests that they have permission to see.

Check out this video on issue level security: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qbS5COrug0E

Next, if you intend to lock the portal, then JSM cloud now does give you the ability to put restrictions on your request types.
