Hi all,
Approvers within a workflow are not able to see their tickets. Everything was working as designed but suddenly they can no longer see tickets waiting for their approval. Names are listed correctly in the Assets/CMDB but they do not see them in their queue nor did they get a notification. Appreciate any help or guidance someone can send. Thank you!
Have you confirmed that the users are being set as the approvers? It sounds like maybe you had an automation rule set up that was automatically pulling in the approver?

It was an issue with Issue Security settings for the service group. Thanks for the suggestion though!
