We have a use case to access user properties thus show them in a field for reporting purposes. The use case every user logging his work will be showing several columns his location, department, team, section, employeeid. We are viewing the report via google sheet native functionality. We tried to use the native user property of the user profile and add a user property field but the default value can not be worklogauthor it is either assignee or reporter. We tried to use jwme extension to add user property and then use a post function on each worklog to set the custom field based on user property but now whenever several users log work on the same ticket (each user with the same key but different value) will show the latest user who logged work user properties values.
Any suggestions?
