In Opsgenie we are able to access a "user view" for other user's Notification Settings, etc. It's accessed via these URLs:
tenant.app.opsgenie.com/settings/users/####/detail
tenant.app.opsgenie.com/settings/users/####/notification
This is extremely helpful in troubleshooting with the user. We are unable to find this page in JSM Ops. Can find a list of users and role assignment at this page (URL below), but that doesn't allow us to view more details on the user.

Anyone aware of where this view/page has been moved to? What permissions are required to access it?

Hi @Matt Held I believe this was one of the Opsgenie features not migrated to JSM Ops. From this page listing changes/deprecations, I think this is covered under the "Notifications - Contact Methods" feature.
Currently, only users can edit their own contact methods. Admin editing isn't available.
Editing is one thing, but the page says.

That does not say Admins won't be able to VIEW the config.

In my experience if Atlassian's docs don't out right state something can be done, then it's generally safe to assume it can't. I don't know everything though, so please share if you're aware of how to access the page that OP's describing.
