Hi all, I'm new to JIRA and have a question.
Is it possible to link the on-premises JIRA data to confluence(cloud)?
Hello @Yuri Nishijima
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You can easily link your Confluence Cloud to Jira Server Application by using Application links, as detailed in the documentation below:
Link to Server products from Cloud
The requirements to make this integration work are:
- You must have administrator permissions on both the cloud and server products
- The product must be accessible via the ports specified in the Compare Atlassian cloud vs server page.
- Check that the Base URL for the server product is set correctly.
- If you want to use SSL, you need to use a valid certificate (not a self-signed certificate).
- Your server needs to be reachable by the Atlassian cloud IP range. See Atlassian cloud IP ranges and domains for details.
- The URL for the product must fulfill the RFC 1738 URL standards.
Once the requirements above are achieved, you can link your application by following the steps below:
- Navigate to your Confluence Cloud site > Click Settings in the sidebar
- Choose Application Links.
- Enter the URL of your Jira Server and choose Create new link.
- Use the wizard to complete setup of the application link.
