Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Today we are on Free plan , which has limit of  free 3 Agents . 
If we would like to add 2 more Agents , do i need to purchase 2 licenses or i have to purchase license for  all 5 agents .

Hi @Chaitanya Dasararaju,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You would have to purchase 5 licenses, the free tier only allow 3 agents and as soon as you go above that you are upgraded to the standard tier. It is not possible to add more agents on the free tier and only pay for the agents above the free 3 ones.
