When providing technical support within an internal technical support environment (such as Desktop support), it is useful to be able to collect an end-user's IP address to allow for quick remote debugging sessions with a Service Desk customer. As service desk customers may not have the technical knowledge to manually gather this information, being able to collect this though JIRA service desk would be a useful addition.
The issue relates to JSDCLOUD-484.
Is there a way to collect the IP address of the customer? or a add-on?
Thanks
I did it on Jira Server but it required some development and system administration changes.
Thanks @Steven F Behnke
Since I'm in cloud we wont be able to make any SYS admin changes.
Seems like there's no way to do it on Cloud.
