I am setting up the "AWS Service Catalog Connector for Jira Service Desk" when I enter credentials for the connecting AWS user I get an failed connect status.
Does this connect status mean no connectivity to the AWS accound or that the AWS user can't authenticate? How can I trouble-shoot are there's any logs?
