Hey all!
Wondering how I would go about having an SNS Topic when triggered to send to Jira and create a ticket? This is for AWS scheduled Instance notifications like retirement.
I have a SNS currently go to OpsGenie and then to Jira and it creates a ticket, but it is very hard to read as it loses all formatting and /n gets introduced so hoping coming straight from AWS will make it more readable.

There are a couple services that allow you to create a ticket directly from AWS SNS. Take a look at Zapier for example:
