Is there an API option that will allow me to:

• Set up a "Help" link within my website
• The link will direct the user to the JIRA Service Desk Portal

Hi Sarah,

on the following documentation from Atlassian you find more information about integrating Jira Service Desk with an existing website. 

If you just want a link to the Service Desk portal, you can just insert the portal link to your website.

The link to your Service Desk portal should look like https://<BASE_URL>/tickets/servicedesk/customer/portal/<NUMBER>
