We are trying to use the free version of AIO Test, which is limited to 10 users.
Our organization currently has 10 users. However, your system seems to indicate that we have 11. To resolve this, we have already deleted one user, but the issue persists.
Could you please refresh our user count from your end so we can continue using the free plan?

after removing a user from application access, you need to wait some hours. License limit should update automatically.
Your plan should be now updated.

We are writing to inform you that our AIO Test plan was not renewed, and the free trial period has expired. According to the AIO Test system, there are currently 11 registered users. We request that you please update our subscription through Jira to restore service, as it is an essential tool for our work.
