ADMINISTRATEUR DU SITE

Bonjour a tous,

j'ai un soucis d'administrateur.  

nous avons depuis longtemps un ADMINISTRATEUR d'organisation qui s'appelle XXXY

XXXY a quitter la société et j'arrive pas a le supprimer et pourtant je suis  l'ADMINISTRATEUR du Site.

voici l'erreur message que j'ai : Cet utilisateur est un administrateur d'organisation, et vous ne pouvez pas modifier ses privilèges.

y'as il un moyen  SVP de supprimer cette utilisateur

mon francais est ne pas tres bien pur explique des problemes difficile. Je respond en Anglais:

Probably your old administstrator has opened issues. So he/she could be the reporter and or assignee of issues.

Additionally payment information is bound to his/he cloud account at Atlassian.

Both could prevent you from deleteing this user.

I recommend to:

• remove this user from all groups / permissions
• disable the user / set to inactive
• unassign issues from him/her and change the reporter.
• try deleting again

If this all does not help, please contact Atlassian. They need then to switch non-managable extra rights to your account.
