I needed to create a new instance of Jira Service Management as the old ona was not used for more than 120 days. Now I wanted to add a new one to slack and I see both of them (old and new one) and it causes problems with creating tickets for a new one. How can I remove old instance from configuration?

I assume that the old inactive instance also has been deleted, so you can't disable this from the JSM side.
I think you should see how integrations then can be removed from the Slack side, as the JSM instance doesn't exist anymore.
