2 accounts with same mail

Hello,

We have several projects in the company, and there are people who have different roles in different projects. I'll explain the context because there are users who were clients in some projects. When I added them as projects with a service desk license, they were duplicated. When they logged in, they weren't allowed to access with the license account, and they always appear as clients in the portals.

Can you show such a user.

Are the users granted a JSM license, so in administration, these users have the agent role.

User not granted an agent role, are customers and can only access the portal.
