2 Projects on 1 customer portal

Burkhard Voss
December 5, 2018

Hi,

At the moment we have 1 project, our helpdesk, in our JSD. In the next couple weeks we want to create a new project just for our HR team. Is it possible to use 1 customer portal for both projects.

We don´t want 2 different links for our customers.

Kind Regards

Mathias

As Red conveyed - you will have a parent link that gets you to the main portal and therein you will have links to the various projects. Using the new portal UI view it would look like this. You can provide the customers a link to the primary page. The URLs for the child pages will be .../1, .../2, etc.

Hello @Burkhard Voss

I have multiple Service Desks and they are all on same customer portal, you use one customer portal for all SD.

If you want to hide one for a special group of users there is an add-on for that.
