가상 서비스 에이전트를 클릭하면

"이 문제가 지속되면 관리자에게 이 정보를 공유하여 관리자가 지원 팀에 문의하도록 하세요. Copy Hash SAFI3T Trace 1c4a831586734c49be9e4bbcea0e7c7b"

이런 메시지가 발생합니다.

 Before proceeding with troubleshooting, it's prudent to check the Atlassian Statuspage https://status.atlassian.com/ to see if there are any ongoing incidents or maintenance affecting Jira Service Management or Confluence, as this could explain the issue. Else raise a ticket with atlassian support.
