カスタマーの削除について

JSMにて組織ではなく、個別にカスタマー追加したユーザーについて削除するにはどのようにしたら良いでしょうか。当方で調べたところカスタマー画面にてユーザーの右側に表示される「・・・」より「削除」を選択する方法が出てきたのですが、現在のJSMのカスタマー画面では「・・・」の表示はなく削除項目が見つけられない状況です。

Hey @Azusa Takuma ,

There is a difference in how you can delete a customer in team-managed vs. company-managed projects (there's a feature request for company-managed projects to improve that experience: JSDCLOUD-15877)

Anyway, back to the topic - for company-managed projects, simply follow these instructions: Delete portal-only customers (or this; which is essentially the same)

In short:

  1. Navigate to admin.atlassian.com 
  2. Expand Apps > Sites > *select site
  3. Open Portal-only customers (under "Jira Service Management")
  4. Select one or multiple customers > Delete
