We want a page where our employees can see a list of all employees with pictures. The profile pictures are not enough because we also have employees without (personal) user accounts. Our idea is to create a scheme with employee objects and add pictures of them. The icons can be added in the macro but are so small that you can not see anything.
Is there a possibility to display the icon in larger size?
Hello @Mohamed Hassan any word if we can get search, sorting and filtering possibilities on this? We're trying to replace our SharePoint lists for our agents which were manually updated with asset data and we showcased them the assets macro in confluence cloud, they were glad they wouldn't need to manually replicate data to SharePoint but when they noticed that it has no filtering, sorting or search funcionalities like you would expect from a table to have , they were very dissapointed and decided to stay on SharePoint for now, even with added manual work for them :(
Can we please have at least an answer to the question if something like this is planned at least or considered (if so , ETA?) so I can transparently pass the info back to my colleagues.
Still finding this super hard to use because it resets col config if you update the query. Massively annoying if you are updating or copying macros, which I do all the time. Also no export to csv option. Also query is limited to one schema.
is there no roadmap for improving this? Or is Assets being sunset if favour of databases, as is very much the feeling. (A feeling reinforced by a new pricing model that discourages use of Assets.)
@Mohamed Hassan Hi Mohamed, do you have any advice for displaying Asset Custom Field information in Confluence macro reports?
I was inspired by this post and make some Asset tables, and then I wanted to show things like Changes in a table with their Asset fields shown too - but you can't show Asset data in a Jira Issues macro....
thank you for introducing the new option to display Assets objects in Confluence Cloud â itâs a great improvement!
We are also very interested in having a visual tree view of Assets directly within Confluence.
Being able to navigate object hierarchies (e.g., organizational structures, parentâchild relations between Assets) visually would make it much easier to explore and understand data relationships without switching back to Jira Service Management.
Is such a feature already planned or under consideration?
Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Thanks for the suggestion, @Felix G ! I really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Iâve since moved to another area within JSM, but Iâll make sure to pass this on to the product team that owns this functionality.
