Thank you @John Funk ! I will try it but I think I'm close to my limit of automations for the month. I was unsure if it would work for multiple approvers because the approve action says that it approves the whole issue regardless of how many approvals are still needed.

@Joshua Lai  - Certainly as that was what it was originally designed for. And it should work for multiple Approvers. Give a try and let me know!
