Nice! I've previously completed everything except the CSM lesson. Didn't know this existed.
One of our teams has a task to explore CSM, so I'll definitelly share that with them πŸ™‚

What resonated most for me was how JSM, CSM, and Rovo each support a different part of the service experience: structured service delivery, external customer support at scale, and faster access to knowledge/context. The CSM part was especially interesting - definitely something worth exploring more for teams that support external customers ✨
