Rovo Service capabilities for HR onboarding include:
Create onboarding plans – The agent helps HR admins create onboarding plans, grounded in process documents and conversational inputs, with the Jira Service Management journey builder.
Execute steps in the onboarding plan – The agent can execute steps in the onboarding plan such as adding users to Okta user groups, in collaboration with a human agent.
