We’re looking for feedback on JSM Headless: a new way for agents to work on Jira Service Management requests from Slack, Teams, Rovo, Claude and other tools—without switching tabs.

Hi everyone,
Service work often starts in conversations, but JSM still needs to stay the source of truth. JSM Headless explores how agents can view, update, and resolve requests directly from the tools where work is already happening.
This EAP is for JSM Cloud customers whose agents:
work in Slack, Teams, Rovo, or similar tools
want to reduce context switching
can try early functionality and share feedback
As part of the EAP, you’ll help us validate early JSM Headless experiences where agents can work on requests from the tools they already use.
View key request details without leaving Slack, Teams, Rovo, Claude, or similar tools
Take common actions such as commenting, updating status, and moving work forward from those tools
Keep JSM as the source of truth while reducing context switching for agents
Share feedback on which workflows should be supported next

Thanks — we’re excited to learn with you.
