Why cannot I re-order Jira Product Discovery Statuses?

What I have:

• Discovery status is the first
• Parking Lot status is the second
• But we want it to be sorted in a vice-versa way.

What I want:

• Parking Lot status is the first
• Discovery status is the second

Jira Statuses Admin Panel:

Common statuses like Done and Testing re-order work perfectly in the Jira Admin Statuses Ordering section.

But there is no Jira Product Specific Statuses (Discovery / Parking Lot) 

Question:

How do you change the "Discovery" and "Parking Lot" statuses order in Jira Product Discovery?
