Requirement Capturing Forms

Has anyone tried or found the steps to integrate with other forms to capture the requirement to then pass into JIRA Product Discovery? 

I'm trying to see if I can use a Microsoft Form to gather the requirements and go through a approval process to filter the requirements going into JPD.

JPD does not have an integration with Microsoft Form at this time. Not sure if this recent article would be of any help, especially since it's related to JPD and not Microsoft Form:

Realistically I think it would only be possible if Microsoft Form could somehow send a request to Jira/JSM to create an issue, then an automation clones the issue and creates a JPD idea.
