I am not able to add the Product Discovery app into my Jira account. It is giving me an error while adding.

This can happen when a site is behind on payments. Try reviewing Atlassian Administration, and if you're still having trouble contact support.

This error usually appears when there is a billing or subscription issue on the Atlassian site, even if other products are still accessible.
Please check the following:
Go to admin.atlassian.com → Billing → Subscriptions and verify there are no failed or overdue payments.
Make sure your site has an active Jira subscription and that you are a Site Admin.
If your site was recently downgraded, trial expired, or payment method changed, app installations can be temporarily blocked.
If everything looks correct and the error still appears, this needs to be checked by Atlassian directly. Please raise a support ticket via admin.atlassian.com → Help → Contact support, as only Atlassian can clear billing-related blocks.
This is not a Product Discovery–specific issue; it’s an account-level restriction.
