Hi,
it seems MCP is not able to access insights in JPD.
Is there a way to get this working? The insights are basically burried there and cannot be accessed state of the art.
Insights are not currently yet supported by Rovo. We are working on a different way of managing insights, you can read more about it here.
@pia you can use Rovo to do some of that work in the context of an idea, here is some more context .
What is the status of this item? It is critical to our team.

You can now create and read JPD insights directly from your AI client (Rovo Dev, Claude, or any MCP-compatible tool) using the JPD Insights API.
I wrote up step-by-step instructions here: Create and read insights using your AI client (Rovo Dev, Claude, etc.)
The API has actually been stable for a while. This article just makes it easy to point your AI client at the right setup docs and get going without needing engineering help.
Let us know how you get on!

In general, enhancing the MCP for JPD would be ideal.
I'd like to be able to update idea descriptions, move their place on my roadmap, update dates and other fields from the MCP.
This would allow me to make these changes as I'm working on my projects and updating other related documents (like PRDs and GTM briefs), rather than as a separate workstream after the fact.
