In Product Discovery, how can I change site admins from Creators to Contributors?

I'm trying to organize the list of Creators in Product Discovery. 

There are general site admins (i.e. admins of Atlassian, maybe admins of other products we use such as Confluence, other Jira project etc) that are currently Creators and I want to change them to be Contributors. 

I can't see a way to do that.
