hello!
As a Product Dir. I have integrated Jira Product Discovery to my Product Management practice and I would like to start sharing and communicating with stakeholders on Ideas progress, evaluation, prioritization etc. I am managing multiple interconnected products within the same JPD project.
As I created specific views that meet specific stakeholders' needs, I would like to be able to set up specific Accesses differently for some of them.
I know I can share the view in "full screen" so that they cannot navigate on the left panel menu, but is there any other way to do so?
I didn't see this capability when creating roles either.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
Hi @Audrey Sebbane I think you're looking for the stakeholder feature. Please take a look at the linked Community post to see if it's suitable for your needs and sign up for the Early Access Program with the link at the bottom.
hi @Rohan Swami thanks for your reply,
I am wondering what the early access feature you just shared adds to the current behavior we have with the "Share view in full screen" feature currently available?
(I am not sure I see the difference - other than sharing with external email address that might not be JIRA users)
Thanks in advance for clarifying

hi @Audrey Sebbane when you publish a view to a stakeholder, they will essentially have the full screen view that does not show the left-nav with all the other views. With the benefit of choosing who gets to see this in the published state. Is that what you're trying to achieve?
