loop back third party to create issue

Hi ,

we are integrating the jira with third party colloboration tool , while creating the ticket in third party it will send request to jira to create the issue  but again the jira integration call back to third party to create ticket in third party  due to this duplicate ticket are creating in thord party tool 

* is there configure enable or fliter on jira integration
