How to create score card of team member using Jira.

Can you explain in more details, please, what do you mean? Do you mean the total time spent on issues or story points?

Suppose Team A having 5 members in scrum team. We want to generate score card of  each team member based on on-time delivery.

I guess, you can try Time in Status for Jira Cloud add-on developed by my team. It allows generating lots of various reports regarding the assignees or reporters to track their time and efficiency.

Here's one of the use cases - Assignee time per status - that can help to solve your issue.

I know that you can get story points for each team member.

Click on Reports on the left-side of your dashboard.

Choose Burndown Chart report and get story points regarding the chosen sprint.
