Smartsheet Connector Issues

Hello,

Anyone use the Smartsheet Connector? I am on a trial with Smartsheet.  I can't get it to connect.  I get an error :

Unable to find JIRA Admin credentials. Automatic workflows require a JIRA Admin to connect the JIRA instance to Smartsheet for your Smartsheet org. Please contact your JIRA Admin and have them connect JIRA to Smartsheet.

You need to be an administrator on both products (or enlist someone who is), then go to this address to configure your connection. https://connectors.smartsheet.com/c/jira

Are you currently an admin in your JIRA account (not just on a project)?

We demo'ed and were unable to get it to work. This was Dec 2022, so they may have fixed, but at that time Jira Cloud was not (yet) compatible with Smartsheet's connector. The Smartsheet rep advised us to request that Atlassian "roll back" our cloud version of Jira to the previous version. I asked him if Smartsheet, also a SAAS model, would have that ability for a single customer. Oddly, he did not respond.
