I’m Prashanth, a product manager on the Jira Data Migrations team in the Jira Platform. We’re looking to improve the import experience in Jira and are keen to understand how our community is using the Jira Import Module (JIM). JIM is used for bulk issue import, CSV importer, Trello importer, and JSON importer.
