How To restrict move option in jira for user so only administrator can use move option

Hi @Mithun Kumar welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The Move Issues permission can be restricted in the permission scheme associated with your project. You can grant the permission to only the group of Administrators or the project role Administrators.
