Receiving a Warning Message When Creating a Subtask

I keep receiving a warning message when creating a new subtask on an enhancement story, See screenshot:

Hi @Angela DiCesare Do have any required fields set on the create issue screen for Sub-tasks?

Can you try one of the 4 workarounds mentioned in the ticket above and see if it fixes your problem?

None of these solutions resolved my issue.
