Permission & Notifications Schemes list order in Jira Cloud

Hi all, 

It turns out that the Permission and Notifications schemes order has been recently changed.

This can cause confusion if you have to find a scheme that need to be changed or if you are using some templates for your shared schemes.

Here is the official feedback from the Atlassian dev team:
"We are happy to accept that the ordering of schemes used to be alphabetical and have accepted the public bug JRACLOUD-84078 as owned by our team. The bug is in the gathering impact stage and will be addressed based on priority"

I would like to encourage you to vote in Affected customers section of the bug & comment, so Atlassian take this under consideration and fix it as I believe it affects us all.
