Missing established users from my Assignee List

Good Morning -

When I logged on to Jira this AM I tried to assign a new task to a current user the User Assignment Drop down was blank.

was there site maintenance done over the weekend that might impact my settings.

I am under my total user count on both Confluence and Jira accounts -- I am running about 80 users. I have a license for 100.

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

Did you try typing in the name of a person to assign?

Did you try clearing your browser cache or try another browser?

Are other people able to set the Assignee on the same issue?

To be able to set Assignee:

1. You need the Global Permission for "Browse users and groups"

2. You need the permission within the project for Assign Issue.

3. There need to be users who have the permission "Assignable User".

If you are not a Jira Admin then work with your Jira Admin to confirm that you have sufficient permission.
