JIRA create branch is successful but not getting reflected in jira

JIRA and Github are Linked Sucessfully.

When I say create branch from JIRA it allows me to select repositories branch etc., and my branch also gets successfully created in Github.

But that branch is not reflecting in my Issue/Story ?

What needs to be done.
