Issue with Mentioning Members in Jira

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue that some of us are currently facing while using Jira. Specifically, a few members are unable to tag or mention each other

After thoroughly investigating the problem, I have confirmed that all affected members belong to the same project and have the appropriate permissions assigned. Despite this, the mention functionality remains inaccessible for them.

I kindly request the support and expertise of the community in resolving this issue.
