Integration with HRIS like ADP

I would like to know how and where and with what integrations do other Atlassian admins/users use it HRIS, human resource information systems?

Eg. we work on ADP and would like to know what others use and more importantly how they manage, integrated and possible automate things like onboarding and other staff lifecycles?

I just built an integration for our ADP Vantage employee data to import into Assets (Jira Service Management). We already had an existing process to import files generated by ADP reports and import them into our Snowflake data warehouse so all I had to do was the following:

1. Export data from Snowflake to CSV file

2. Import the CSV file into a Person class in Assets

What I have not yet built is an automation to add new employees as Customers in our service projects.

My plan for automating the onboarding process is tied to our HR Support team coming into JSM so that when they transition an issue for a new employee to Done it will trigger creation of new issues for the IT teams to provision accounts, hardware etc.

Great application, Rick - we're thinking of trying something similar for our social services non-profit up in Alaska. Our HR team uses ADP as their HRS, and we'd like to see personnel action in ADP trigger issues in our IT Helpdesk Jira Service Project.

You can use this app to integrate to various HR systems including ADP Workforce Now. If this is still a need, we would love to connect. Our app has JSM Assets sync as one of the features.
