I've tested a page on PageSpeed Insights and it got 19/100 for desktop and 0/100 for mobile:
A couple of suggestions:
* don't include two different versions of d3 (150kB each)
* load only the required moment locales
* compress all JS files (don't send a mix of compressed and uncompressed files)
* remove the inline CSS source code (sourceMappingURL=data:application/json;charset=utf8;base64,...)
* minify all the CSS files
