Hide project list from creator drop down menu for restricted scheme of users - cloud

Hi i have a problem, 

i create a restricted scheme for my client and now they see just a list of projects they work in the projects tab. 

https://focusrealm.com/2019/03/25/discovering-jira-user-management/ - this is ok :). 

But when chose (+ sign / create) from the drop-down menu my client can choose from all project we work. I don't know how to solve this problem, I would like to my client see just list of project they work and not all our projects.

In browsing project section of the scheme I inserted:

• project role (addons project access and project participants)
