Hi everyone,
I’ve created a form in Jira and enabled Public access through the form’s configuration settings. However, when I try to preview or share the form link, it shows a message saying "Form is unavailable."
I’ve double-checked and confirmed that the Public access toggle is turned on in the configuration, but the issue still persists.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or know what might be causing this? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I’m trying to preview it after setting the permissions to Public, but it shows as unavailable. However, I’m able to view the form normally when the permissions are set to Limited or Open.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
From the warning message in the screenshot, it looks like there are restricted fields preventing the form from being accessed publicly.
Have you created basic forms (no fancy fields) and tested if they work?
