Does Jira integrate with Planview Pro? No apps available

We have Planview Pro users who are also budding Jira users, but Planview marketing seems to discourage using Jira and does not offer any obvious integration tools. Can the 2 be integrated?

If Planview Pro has any scripting and/or external integration capabilities, you may be able to integrate with Jira using the Jira REST API.

But a simple search for the term 'integration' shows this document, and it includes Jira's logo:

But it seems that this may be a professional service which is NOT free...
