What do you mean by "Jira pie chart"? (Obviously, I know what a chart is, but I mean what are you trying to create and where? Jira dashboard gadget? Jira report? External report?)

I mean Jira charts, it can be Pie chart or table chart.
I am looking to create them automatically in confluence page based on dynamic filter
