My company's email address(domain) has changed and I would like to change my Jira user's email address.
To change the email address, enter the new email address in the Email menu of Manage account and select the "Save changes" button.
However, the email address did not change, and a new user was created.
Existing users' email addresses will not be changed.
Please help me.

Is there any way to change the domain without registering it?
I'm not sure if I understood the guide well, but is it possible to change my email address over time even if I don't register a domain?
From what i read, it is not possible to update the email address to an unverified domain. Instructions to verify domain -> https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/verify-a-domain-to-manage-accounts/
The article mentions in few lines about 'still being able to' but as the timelines are 2021 i dont think it is valid anymore to 'still update'.
