Bulk Operation Progress isn't accurate anymore

Anyone else noticing that the bulk operation progress bar is all filled out (as if 100% of the operations have been completed) when you're only partway through?

Just noticed this when doing bulk operations in Jira Cloud (we migrated a few months back). Looks like it has been broken for some time but it worked on Jira Server.
