Automated distributed backup solution for Jira, Jira Service Desk and Confluence

Hello,

I am looking for an automated distributed backup solution for Jira, Jira Service Desk and Confluence systems.

In this case, there could be 3 solutions not integrated with each other (separate scripts) or if you know how to inform me if there is any tool that does the procedure, it will also be welcome.
